The market correction you have been waiting for appears to have arrived. Your time to buy is now. Interest rates seem to have stabilized for a while at under 6% and our local real estate prices have actually started to cool a little while the inventory of great properties is climbing. Right now there are about 400 active homes on the market, a few months ago we were looking at less than 100. Better for you, about 1/3 of these listings have had price reductions.
