The Week of April 12-We seem to have, temporarily at least, bottomed. Listings have been turning over however. There have been a lot of properties withdrawn from the market and replaced with new ones. Check to see if your dream is available and then move quickly. You never know how long before it comes around again. Properties closing recently are still at 98% of list price. Not many price reductions so far. Summit County has always been a slow to react market so it may take months of economic hardship to see across the board reductions. If the economy comes back strong it may not happen at all. One on One showings of properties may resume April 27th. Beat the rush back and schedule a time to come look. If your dream property is available it probably won't be there long. Proceeding to closing in 30 days is still possible.
